East Texas Microtech provides on-site service, repair or upgrade of your computer. No need to dismantle your system and take it off-site.
My primary goal is to get your computer up and running with the least amount of inconvenience or downtime. I am an expert
skilled in the diagnosis and resolution of hardware problems as quickly as possible.
In addition, I will work with you to optimize your computer's efficiency and usability by customizing and upgrading your system.
I'll be more than happy to advise you when you are considering replacing your current computer equipment. I don't strive on making a sell, so you can feel confident that
my advise and recommendations are based on your computing needs not mine.

The internet has brought many new challenges to computer users. Viruses, Trojans, spyware, adware, spam and popups has become major source of computer problems that cost businesses money.

FAIR BILLING - NO TRAVEL FEES
If I come out to your home or office for an onsite service call, you will only be charged for the time that I am actually there, not for my travel time.
I do require a one hour minimum service call but that is the only restriction. If your problem is solved within the hour, you are entitled to use my time for the remainder of the hour,
tuning your system, tutoring you on proper care of the machine or the use of software. If your work requires more than my one hour minimum, any additional time will be broken down into 15 minute intervals.
As an example, if I work for 90 minutes, you will pay for 90 minutes, not rounded up to 2 hours
MAKE THE COMPARISON
If your computer needs work, compare my service to taking your computer in to a shop. You will break down the computer, put it in your car, drive down to the service store, and first, get an estimate.
This estimate will likely cost you between $55 and $100 and can take up to 4 days to get. At East Texas Microtech, I charge you a minimum one hour service call and I actually work for that hour! Plus, I come right to your door.
